Giving

The East Jordan Family Health Center is a membership owned not-for-profit corporation and we have met the requirements to be classified as a federally qualified community health center. This allows us to participate in grant applications for funding to help supplement insurance company payments and allows us to provide services to those who do not have insurance.

Dedicated to providing the best care for all of our patients, we strive to utilize the latest information and diagnostic technologies. We are currently in the process of transitioning to an Electronic Medical Records system, which will allow patients portable access to their records, and we are making an important investment in Digital X-ray and Mammography technology in order to provide the best diagnostic capabilities available.

Please consider making a donation to help us continue providing the best patient care available in this community. Your donations to our non-profit 501(c)3 corporation are tax exempt to the extent of the law.

Volunteer Opportunities

The East Jordan Family Health Center has a wonderful group of volunteers who contribute their time and talents in helping to make a difference for our Health Centers. We can count on them to assist with monthly mail processing, assemble patient information packets, and assist with our annual Patient Appreciation Day celebration.
